The singer is said to be the buyer of a three-bedroom unit at the 443 Greenwich Street building in Manhattan, New York. The ‘One Direction’ star snapped up the 2,868-square-foot flat for $8.7 million dollars according to real estate gossip website ‘The Real Deal.’ The site revealed a woman named Emma Spring — who’s known as Styles’ personal assistant — is listed as a trustee on the deed, which was filed with the city Department of Finance on July 28, 2016. The name of the trust is HXNYC and ‘The Real Deal’ claims this could be short for ‘Harry x NYC.’ If the 23-year-old hunk has bought the new pad, his neighbours will include Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lawrence and Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively. Floorplans of the third-floor Styles is believed to have bought show a kitchen that opens into a spacious great room, three full bathrooms, a powder room and a master bedroom with lots of closet space.
