Four persons have died so far in Albania due to the AH1N1 flu. The most recent is a 76-year-old from Lushnje.
“It was a patient who arrived from Lushnja, with arterial hypertension and diabetes, with pulmonary insufficiency. She was sent to the reanimation, but her pulmonary condition was very severe”, said Silvana Bala, a doctor at the Tirana Sanatorium.
The highest number of cases have come from Elbasan and Lushnje.
