Pas një beteje të ashpër mes forcave qeveritare në bashkëpunim me aletatët e saj dhe rebelëve në Alepo, është arritur një marrëveshje me dy palëve për evakuimin e civilëve.

Rebelët kanë raportuar që shumë civilë vazhdojnë të jenë në gjendje të rëndë dhe vazhdojnë të mbesin të ngujuar nëpër zona të rrezikshme, transmeton arbresh.info.

Megjithatë, forcat qeveritare në bashkëpunim me aleatët e saj kanë deklaruar se do të ‘garantojnë’ lëvizjë të lirë për civilët.
